Ariana Madix and Tom Sandoval have sold their former home in Los Angeles three years following their breakup.
Reports indicate that the couple managed to sell their Valley Village farmhouse for $3.1 million. This news was noted by various sources.
Previously, an inside look at Sandoval’s mansion revealed a modern kitchen with striking white marble countertops, light wood floors, a spacious living area and a study with scenic backyard views, as well as stylish lighting.
The main bedroom is generous enough for a king-sized bed, an extra chair, and a large dresser. They had decorated the space with a mirror, a wooden ottoman, a low side table, and a striking green velor bed frame.
The couple had acquired the expansive home for $2 million in 2019, five years into their relationship.
Madix opted to sell the property this year after they publicly announced their split, which was linked to Sandoval’s affair with her co-star Raquel Revis from “Vanderpump Rules.”
The choice to sell came after the affair was exposed, leading to the end of their nine-year relationship in 2023.
Initially, Sandoval had hoped to prevent Madix from selling and even claimed he made her a cash offer of $3.1 million for the house during a podcast appearance. However, she refused his offer, opting instead to take legal action to force the sale and divide the profits.
During a February 2024 episode of “Vanderpump Rules,” Madix shared that she didn’t want to sell to Sandoval, citing feelings of betrayal as he had “destroyed her family.”
In response, Sandoval contended that Madix hadn’t contributed to the home’s bills for months.
