Victoria’s Legal Troubles Precede Death
Victoria faced a series of legal issues, including multiple charges related to public intoxication before her untimely death. She was found dead in the Fairmont San Francisco hotel on January 1, 2026. Reports indicate that emergency services responded to a call suggesting she may have suffered a drug overdose. The San Francisco Fire Department confirmed they received a call about a medical emergency at around 2:52 a.m. Upon arrival, paramedics pronounced her dead.
Audio from 911 calls categorized the incident under “Code 3 – Overdose, Color Change,” highlighting the urgency and seriousness of the situation.
Authorities confirmed that law enforcement arrived at the scene shortly after, around 3:14 a.m., and identified the deceased as Victoria, according to the Chief Medical Examiner.
Prior to her death, Victoria was arrested in Santa Cruz, California, on May 14, 2025, where she was charged with public intoxication and resisting a police officer. A pretrial conference was set for January 27, but these plans were overshadowed by the tragic events that followed.
