Authorities reported an operational flight this morning linked to an alleged attack, with connections made to prominent street activist Tommy Robinson.
On Monday evening, a video surfaced showing a man resembling Robinson at St. Pancras International Railway Station, near a person who appeared to be seriously injured. The Daily Telegraph noted that one individual was clearly unconscious on the ground while Robinson stated, “He came to me. He came to me… He came to me, and you saw it.”
Traffic police in Britain indicated that the injured man was in serious condition due to an assault and was being treated in a hospital. They are conducting inquiries regarding a suspect, a 42-year-old man from Bedfordshire, who took an international flight earlier today following reports of the incident on July 28.
While Robinson has not directly addressed the alleged attack, he posted a video on his social media showing a minor injury on his forehead. On Tuesday morning, he shared a message from another user, emphasizing that it is never acceptable to physically attack someone due to political beliefs. He added that if you confront someone who feels threatened, a strong reaction shouldn’t be surprising.
Another message, which he shared but did not write, warned that approaching a hostile individual who faces daily threats could lead to retaliation.
Robinson is known for his frequent travels for speeches, events, and vacations. It’s unclear why he left for a flight this morning.
In six weeks, Robinson is scheduled to deliver a significant speech in central London. He previously described this event as a “celebration” of freedom, expecting hundreds of thousands to gather peacefully to assert that “The UK is awake…we are not disappearing, you are not replacing us demographically.”
This is an ongoing story, and developments are expected.
