Top fantasy football selections for Lions vs. Ravens in Week 3

The third week of the 2025 NFL season is wrapping up, culminating in a Monday night matchup where the Detroit Lions will face off against the Baltimore Ravens. The Ravens are currently a 5.5-point favorite in their own stadium, with an over/under set at 53.5. Both teams head into this game sporting a 1-1 record, hoping to avoid dropping to 1-2.

Let’s dive into some of the top DFS options for this evening’s game.

Lamar Jackson, QB, Ravens (Flex $12,800, CPT $19,200)

Jackson is the priciest player in this matchup, which isn’t surprising given his impressive performance. He’s been nearly flawless this season, boasting a completion rate of 68.8%, along with 83 rushing yards and 434 passing yards, accumulating seven touchdowns in just two games. His passes are yielding great returns, matching last year’s highs at 13.2 yards per completion—an NFL leader as he heads into this primetime clash against the Lions’ less-than-stellar defense. So, it seems likely he could rack up significant passing yards tonight.

Jahmyr Gibbs, RB, Lions (Flex $11,800, CPT $17,700)

After a lackluster performance in week one, Gibbs rebounded nicely last week, scoring a touchdown in a commanding 52-21 victory, with 94 yards on 12 carries. Working alongside David Montgomery, they made the most out of the ground game against Chicago, and with the Ravens allowing an EPA of 0.12 in rushing, he might be set for another effective outing. Also, keep in mind Gibbs has been targeted 13 times as a receiver over two games, enhancing his appeal for DFS team captain roles.

Zay Flowers, WR, Ravens (Flex $9,800, CPT $14,700)

Flowers has racked up 14 receptions for 218 yards since the start of the season, scoring touchdowns in both games. He’s become Jackson’s most dependable receiver, currently holding a substantial target share of 42.33% in the NFL. Plus, he’s fourth in yards after the catch at 113, maximizing his opportunities. With such a crucial game ahead, he has a good chance to deliver another standout performance, making him a potentially valuable pick for captains in DFS lineups.

Deandre Hopkins, WR, Ravens (Flex $4,600, CPT $6,900)

When Hopkins joined the Ravens, expectations weren’t sky-high, but he’s shown he can still contribute in meaningful ways. He has turned his limited targets into big gains, averaging 24.8 yards per reception and scoring touchdowns in both games. If the Lions focus too heavily on Flowers, Jackson might look to his veteran teammate for some explosive plays.

Isaac Teslaa, WR, Lions (Flex $3,000, CPT $4,500)

While Teslaa hasn’t had a breakout game yet, he’s displayed flashes of his potential, with two receptions for 42 yards and a touchdown in two games. He’s shown impressive athleticism during training camp and it’s continued into the regular season, even making one-handed catches. Jared Goff has recently hinted at integrating his rookies more into the offense, so it might be worth considering Teslaa for an inexpensive upside option.

Block Light, TE, Lions (Flex $1,600, CPT $2,400)

Although Sam Laporta usually receives the limelight for the Lions at tight end, Light stood out last week, catching three passes for 28 yards and a touchdown against the Bears. Keep an eye on him, especially in red zone situations; Baltimore has been allowing an average of 16.3 fantasy points per game to tight ends this season.
