Top fantasy football waiver wire additions for Week 11

Hello and welcome to the Week 11 edition of Waiver Wire Watch!

As the NFL week progresses, we’re officially into the second half of the 2025 regular season. While we still have the Monday night game between the Eagles and Packers to look forward to, it’s wise to think about enhancing your roster for the upcoming week.

Here are some key players to consider picking up from the waiver wire before Week 11 hits. Just a quick note—players who are in 60% or more of leagues are marked as exempt.

Week 11 Bye Teams

: Indianapolis Colts, New Orleans Saints

Sam Darnold, QB, Seattle Seahawks (47.1%)

Darnold is part of one of the league’s hottest offenses, recently beating the Cardinals 44-22, marking their fourth consecutive victory. He played efficiently with a 10-12 completion rate, gaining 178 yards and one touchdown, effectively supporting Jackson Smith-Njigba and Cooper Kupp throughout the match. His statistics show he remains one of the top quarterbacks.

Next week, he faces a pivotal game against the Rams that could determine first place in the NFC West, making him a valuable acquisition if you need a quarterback at this time.

Week 11 matchups

: @ Los Angeles Rams, 4:05 p.m. ET

Joe Flacco, QB, Cincinnati Bengals (46.1%)

After their bye week, the Bengals are gearing up to face the Steelers next Sunday, which gives Flacco another shot at competition. Since his trade to the Bengals over a month ago, he’s thrown for 1,254 yards, scored 11 touchdowns, and only two interceptions. Remarkably, he was among the top fantasy quarterbacks during this period, racking up 101.8 fantasy points.

Given the struggles of the Bengals defense, these impressive yards were crucial for keeping the team competitive. It’s likely he’ll continue to be called upon to carry the load against the Steelers as well.

Week 11 matchups

: @ Pittsburgh Steelers, 1:00 PM ET

Tyler Allgaier, RB, Atlanta Falcons (32.9%)

The Falcons faced a tough loss in overtime against Germany, putting them at 3-6 for the season, diminishing their postseason chances. Yet, Allgaier showed his strength with 57 rushing yards and two touchdowns on 11 carries during the game. As a solid backup for Bijan Robinson, he leads the team with six rushing touchdowns this season, making him a valuable handcuff option.

If you’re in search of a running back, Allgaier might be the answer. Considering Atlanta’s situation, it seems likely he’ll get plenty of playing time next week.

Week 11 matchups

: vs. Carolina Panthers, 1 p.m. ET

Chris Rodriguez Jr., RB, Washington Commanders (7.5%)

Rodriguez is starting to make his mark, scoring a 1-yard touchdown in the team’s recent loss to the Lions. He previously had a strong performance against the Seahawks with 65 yards and a touchdown. He seems poised to continue contributing as Washington navigates the remainder of a tough season.

Week 11 matchups

: vs. Miami Dolphins, 9:30 a.m. ET (in Madrid)

Mack Hollins, WR, New England Patriots (1.1%)

The Patriots secured a victory against the Buccaneers, improving to seven wins in a row. Hollins played a significant role, catching six of ten targets for 106 yards, standing out consistently. He’s emerged as a go-to option for Drake Maye, ranking high in catch rates among wide receivers this season.

As the Patriots’ offensive players gain traction, Hollins could be a worthwhile addition, especially given that he’s rostered in less than 2% of leagues.

Week 11 matchups

: vs. New York Jets, 8:15 PM ET (Thursday night)

Troy Franklin, WR, Denver Broncos (57.7%)

The Broncos’ offense had a lackluster performance in their close win over the Raiders, but Franklin stepped up with five catches for 40 yards and the only touchdown. That gives him a total of four touchdowns in four weeks, placing him among the top fantasy receivers lately.

He may not be available on waivers for much longer, so this week is likely your last chance to grab him—especially with the important matchup against the Chiefs approaching.

Week 11 matchups

: vs. Kansas City Chiefs, 4:25 p.m. ET

Cade Otton, TE, Tampa Bay Buccaneers (30.6%)

Despite the Buccaneers’ loss to the Patriots, Otton had a busy day, racking up 82 yards on nine catches—his season high. He’s become a significant target for Baker Mayfield as they pushed back in the second half.

Otton’s role has increased recently, especially since he initially focused mostly on blocking due to injuries on the offensive line. With the lack of standout pass-catchers on the team, he should continue to see ample targets moving forward.

Week 11 matchups

: @ Buffalo Bills, 1 PM ET.

Theo Johnson, TE, New York Giants (38.3%)

The Giants suffered a narrow loss to the Bears, dropping their fourth consecutive game after giving up a 10-point lead. Johnson was a bright spot in a rough season, recording at least seven catches for 75 yards. He has averaged around six targets over the past month, and there’s potential for that number to rise as the team looks for its footing.
