Additionally, he co-manages Alpha Picks, a systematic stock recommendation tool intended to help long-term investors build top-tier portfolios. Cress is particularly passionate about eliminating emotional bias from investment decisions. By employing a data-driven method, he uses advanced algorithms and technology to simplify the often complex task of investment research, creating a straightforward and regularly updated rating system for trading recommendations. Before this, Steven founded and led CressCap Investment Research until its acquisition by Seeking Alpha in 2018, which was largely due to its exceptional quantitative analysis and market data.
