Top running back waiver wire additions for Week 10 in fantasy football

Welcome to Week 10 Exemption Wire Watch!

We’re almost at the weekend NFL games, and can you believe we’re already halfway through the 2025 regular season? There haven’t been many standout performances from waiver wire running backs recently, but a couple of players did catch our attention.

Let’s chat about some performers worth considering for your waiver wire ahead of Week 10. Just a reminder, we identify exempt additions as players in up to 60% of leagues.

Week 10 bye week

Cincinnati Bengals, Dallas Cowboys, Kansas City Chiefs, Tennessee Titans

Brian Robinson Jr., RB, San Francisco 49ers (44.2%)

Here’s B-Rob! Remember him? Robinson had a solid performance in the Niners’ 34-24 win against the Giants, racking up 53 yards and a touchdown on just five carries. Since being traded to San Francisco before the season, he’s been firmly behind Christian McCaffrey, but he might get a few more chances given the injuries affecting the 49ers.

With so many players dealing with injuries, it might be wise for Shanahan to give Robinson more playtime, just in case.

Week 10 matchups

vs. Los Angeles Rams, 4:25 p.m. ET

Blake Collum, RB, Los Angeles Rams (9.9%)

The Rams returned from their bye and easily took down the struggling Saints with a score of 34-10. Collum had a decent showing, gaining 58 yards on 13 carries. What stands out is that this marks his second straight game with 10 or more touches. Now, he’s still a bit behind Kyren Williams in terms of production, but so far, he’s proving to be a reliable backup throughout the second half of the season. Definitely keep an eye on him.

Week 10 matchups

@ San Francisco 49ers, 4:25 p.m. ET

Tank Bigsby, RB, Philadelphia Eagles (37.9%)

The defending Super Bowl champions have returned from their bye week after defeating the Giants 38-20 in Week 8. Bigsby had a noteworthy 104 yards on nine carries during that game. With Saquon Barkley leaving with a minor groin injury, the Eagles may want to manage his workload carefully moving forward, making Bigsby a useful option as we head into the second half of the season.

Week 10 matchups

@ Green Bay Packers, 8:15 p.m. ET (Monday night)

Britten Brown, RB, Chicago Bears (1.2%)

It was pretty clear that D’Andre Swift would be absent after his groin injury, and Kyle Monangai stepped up impressively with 198 yards in a 47-42 win against the Bengals. But unexpectedly, Britten Brown scored? It was his first real chance to shine, and he made the most of it with five carries, including a touchdown that put the Bears back in the lead.

We’ll have to see how Swift progresses this week, but Brown definitely showed he could contribute when needed. Keep him on your radar.
