Canadian officials say there was a crash on a plane at Toronto Pearson Airport on Monday afternoon.
The crash crash of the plane, including a delta flight from Minneapolis to Toronto, was first reported by CTV. Peel Regional Police say they are investigating the number of potential injuries, which is currently unknown.
Photos throughout social media show planes upside down on a snowy runway. Toronto Pearson confirmed the X crash.
“Toronto Pearson is aware of the incident upon landing involving a Delta plane arriving from Minneapolis,” the airport post read. “The emergency team is responding.”
The airport added that all passengers and crew on the plane are “explained.”
Authorities are actively investigating the scene.
