Tour Championship: Round 4 tee times for FedEx Cup finale

Welcome to Playing Through's daily ritual, Golf Talk Today.

With 18 holes remaining in the 2024 TOUR Championship, Scottie Scheffler remains firmly in the lead. Scheffler shot a 5-under 66 on Saturday to move into a five-stroke lead at 26-under par.

Collin Morikawa played alongside Scheffler and closed with a four-under 67. He's in second place overall at 21 under. The two-time major champion is closest to Scheffler, but it won't be easy.

Xander Schauffele dropped to 16th overall, while Sahith Teegala shot a 5-under 66 to move into sole third place at 17 under par.

The biggest comeback at the Tour Championship since the tournament's format changed in 2019 was made by Rory McIlroy in 2022, when he came back from six strokes behind to win his third FedEx Cup title.

The logic of history would suggest that Morikawa is the only one within reach, but Scheffler has shot final rounds of 71 and 73 over the past two years, so who knows what's going to happen.

The PGA Tour opted to move up tee times for the fourth round due to the possibility of inclement weather arriving in the Atlanta area on Sunday afternoon. Here's a look at all the tee times for the final 18 holes at East Lake.
