TPUSA Announces Memorial for Charlie Kirk

During a recent engagement with students at Utah Valley University, Turning Point USA revealed plans for a large-scale public memorial to honor its founder, Charlie Kirk, who was tragically killed on Wednesday.

“Show me the patriot! Let’s fill it up!”

The organization encouraged supporters to join in celebrating the remarkable life and lasting influence of Charlie Kirk through a social media post. The planned memorial, titled “Legacy Construction,” is set to take place on September 21st at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona. The event will start at 8 a.m., with the main program scheduled for 11 a.m., and it aims to accommodate up to 73,000 attendees. Additional details can be found on their website.

According to the memorial site, “Charlie Kirk’s life epitomized faith, bravery, and conviction.” It goes on to highlight how he believed in fighting for America from a young age, dedicating all his 31 years to that mission. Responding to TPUSA’s announcement, Redwave Press emphasized the significance of the event with the phrase, “Show me the patriots! Let’s fill it up!”

Martin Walsh, editor-in-chief of a prominent conservative outlet, stated, “This is a turning point for our country.”

Many supporters reacted to TPUSA’s posts about the memorial, expressing their intention to attend. For instance, investigative reporter Nick Thorto remarked, “See you there!” Former NFL kicker Jay Ferry also called for a full house at the stadium, emphasizing the importance of honoring Kirk in his hometown.

Events commemorating Kirk’s legacy are already taking place nationwide. Former President Donald Trump announced he would be attending Kirk’s funeral in Phoenix, conveying a sense of obligation to be there.
