Torren de Aragua, a dangerous gang member from Venezuela, was arrested and released four times before allegedly committing further crimes in Aurora, Colorado.
Niefred Serpa Acosta, a 20-year-old who likes to wear drag clothes, is now facing additional charges. new york post reported Tuesday.

In December 2022, Acosta was arrested after illegally crossing the border into El Paso, Texas, and agreed to be deported to Mexico. However, he was not deported and authorities released him.
He was eventually arrested on suspicion of theft in a Denver suburb, but released. He was arrested again in April in Fort Collins. However, he was released again.
