Transgender TikToker Jailed for Strangling and Abusing Former Girlfriend

A transgender TikToker has been jailed in the UK after pleading guilty to a series of domestic violence charges against his ex-girlfriend, including setting her on fire and strangling her.

Holly Hanson, 26, who was born female but now requires others to refer to her as male or use the pronouns 'they/them', was jailed for four years at Leeds Crown Court last week. , was sentenced to three years in prison. Sentencing, Judge Mushtaq Khokhar at Leeds Crown Court characterized Hanson as a “dangerous criminal”, adding that it was a “horrifying experience for the victim to undergo at the hands of someone she thought she loved”.
