Jason Kelse Grills Travis Kelse About Wedding Plans with Taylor Swift

Jason Kelse didn’t waste any time questioning his brother, Travis Kelse, about his upcoming wedding to fiancée Taylor Swift.

During a recent segment of their popular New Heights interview, the retired Eagles center-turned-analyst put Travis on the spot just before the Chiefs’ “Monday Night Football” game in Jacksonville. He started with a straightforward question that many are curious about.

“Trav, when is the wedding?” Jason asked. With a laugh next to teammate Patrick Mahomes and head coach Andy Reid, Travis responded, “Close F-K Up.”

Jason’s relentless questioning about the wedding drew amused reactions, reflecting their brotherly dynamic. “Get this guy out of here,” Travis quipped, noting he was curious about Jason’s line of questioning.

After celebrating Swifts’s 36th birthday, the couple was still riding the high of their August engagement. Travis had popped the question after filming some episodes of their podcast, transforming part of his garden in preparation.

“When it came to surprise me, he really crushed it,” Swift shared on a talk show, expressing her delight about the proposal. “We were filming for a few hours, and behind his house, he was doing this.” She also rated Travis’s proposal as a perfect “10 out of 10.”

The engagement ring, a stunning diamond piece from jeweller Kindred Lebeck, is said to have special design touches that Travis was deeply involved with. “He was just paying attention to everything,” Swift remarked about her fiancé’s thoughtfulness.

As Swift enjoys her engagement, she’s also busy promoting her new album, “The Life of a Showgirl,” released recently. Meanwhile, she is set to appear on “The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon” on Monday, which is notably far from Everbank Stadium, where the Chiefs are trying to secure their third win of the season after a shaky start.

In his 13th season, Travis shared his approach to retirement, saying he takes it one year at a time. “I love working with these people here. That culture becomes my way of life,” he noted. The Chiefs are preparing to head back to Arrowhead for a Sunday night match against the Lions, looking to turn their season around.
