Travis Kelsey Discusses Relationship on Podcast

In his recent podcast episode titled “Sweeter Than Fiction,” Travis Kelsey shared some insights about his relationship with fiancée Taylor Swift.

The 36-year-old football player expressed that he and Swift “never” argue. During the episode of “New Heights,” he had a conversation with actor George Clooney, who is 64, about Clooney’s claim that he and his wife Amal haven’t had a fight in a decade.

Clooney responded to Kelsey’s inquiry by playfully questioning whether Kelsey was being truthful about his own lack of arguments. Kelsey, acknowledging his shorter relationship with Swift, confirmed, “It’s only been two and a half years. You’re right. We’ve never had an argument. Never.”

Jason Kelsey, Travis’s brother and co-host, also chimed in, asking Clooney about the secret to maintaining peace in his marriage. Clooney humorously suggested that he could easily redirect the question back at them.

The Oscar-winning actor reflected on the absurdity of fighting at 64, saying, “Why get into an argument when neither of us are going to win it?” He elaborated, expressing gratitude for Amal, mentioning her beauty, intelligence, and the luck he feels in their relationship.

Jason jokingly hinted at stealing Clooney’s marriage advice, while Travis noted he was “taking notes,” hinting that he values Clooney’s perspective.

Travis and Taylor Swift have been linked romantically since the summer of 2023. The proposal, which took place in August, was shared on social media, with Swift referring to the moment in a playful post.

There have been whispers about their wedding plans, with reports suggesting they initially aimed for an intimate ceremony in Rhode Island. However, ongoing discussions indicate a possible second, larger event might also be on the horizon.

As of now, venues under consideration include a private island and a blackberry farm in Tennessee.
