Donna Kelsey has revealed whether her son Travis Kelsey's girlfriend Taylor Swift will be joining the family for Thanksgiving celebrations this year.
During the performance “Today” program On Thursday, the mother of two was asked about her November vacation plans.
“I'm going to the football game. Travis plays the day after Thanksgiving. You know, football is always a holiday. It's the football family,” said Donna, 72.
Asked if she had plans to have a “big dinner” for the occasion, Donna admitted she had not yet made any plans.
“It's not like anything is planned. I think we'll just go to a football game,” she added.
Their plans are not set in stone yet, but Donna admitted she doesn't expect the 14-time Grammy winner, 34, to attend Thanksgiving this year.
“She has a tour left,” Donna said, referring to the singer's Elas Tour, which is scheduled to begin in Canada on Thursday.
Donna added that Swift is “kind of busy right now.”
Meanwhile, the 35-year-old Travis and his team, the Kansas City Chiefs, are scheduled to take on the Las Vegas Raiders on Nov. 29 in Kansas City, Missouri.
It's unclear whether Swift will attend her boyfriend's game, considering her busy schedule after completing a world tour.
Still, the “Bad Blood” hitmaker is likely enjoying some football action in her down time, as she's currently on 13 days off between shows in Toronto and Vancouver.
Swift recently attended Sunday's home game against the Denver Broncos, which the Chiefs won 16-14.
The three-time Super Bowl champion has yet to reveal his Thanksgiving plans, but he gushed about his romance with the “Cruel Summer” singer on Thursday's bonus episode of his brother Jason Kelsey. Podcast “New Heights”.
