Travis Kelsey experienced a perfect touchdown at girlfriend Taylor Swift's concert over the summer.
Just ask the tight end's mother, Donna Kelce. He finally spilled his royalties on meeting him.
Kelsey, 34, said she met Prince William and his children Princess Charlotte, 9, and Prince George, 11, at Swift's Ellas show at London's Wembley Stadium in June. It was one of the most amazing things.”
Donna also revealed that Kansas City Chiefs players had a subdued reaction to the encounter with members of the royal family.
she said extra Thursday: “He said, “When you meet people like that, you know when the royal family is coming, when Paul McCartney is coming, when Hugh Grant is coming… There's someone in the suite, who doesn't belong in this picture.'' It's like, 'Why am I here and why am I even allowed to talk to these people? That doesn't seem right.'
But Kelce earned big points for how he handled his interactions with his mother.
“I think he's coping pretty well,” Donna chimed in. “He is a very friendly person.”
The athlete attended Elas' concert in London on June 21 to cheer on his leading lady, and Prince William, 42, enjoyed the night with two of his three children.
Kelsea was seen smiling in a selfie with the trio and Swift, 34, backstage at a concert, which the singer posted. on instagram the next day.
“Happy Birthday M8! The London show is off to a great start,” she captioned the post, tagging the Prince and Princess of Wales.
William also posted photograph on his official Instagram account.
Kelce didn't shake off the great moment. that He describes the experience as “new heights” podcast immediately after.
“Dude, he was the coolest mom. He was great. I was really happy to meet them,” he said.
“He was great,” added Jason, 36.
The brothers agreed that William was “very cool” and a “good guy.”
Kelce also said he was unsure about royal protocol when meeting his family. “[I] “I didn't know if I should bow to them, take a bow, or just be an American idiot and shake their hands,” he admitted.

“He just got another Super Bowl ring. His life seems to be on an upward trajectory every day. And every time he turns around, he's on the golf course or at a concert or right now. I see him living his best life and doing something different.”
However, Donna teased that Kelce has room for improvement. some area of his life.
“He can't clean or cook…he's getting better little by little. I think he's getting help,” she divulged to Extra.
