“We believe that food is good for you and good for you,” Daniela Boise Olson, Chief Growth Director of True Food Kitchen, told Fox News Digital.

In support of that belief, all 47 true food kitchen locations in 18 states across the country have become 100% seed oil-free starting this week.
“This is not a trend. It's a long-term commitment,” Olson said in an original interview.
