President Trump accused Judge James Boasberg of “trying to take” the president's power by temporarily suspending attempts to force illegal immigrants to gang rape on Thursday night in a fire truth social post.
Trump called the federal judge “the radical left” and cried out that he was welcoming the country “unparalleled” danger.
Boasberg set himself up in conflict with the commander earlier this week by blocking the administration's attempts to expel gang members of suspected immigrants.
“Judge James Boasberg does everything with his power to take the power of the presidency,” Trump wrote in the Truth Social Post.
“He is a local unknown judge, ancestor, looking for publicity. His 'adjudication' is so ridiculous and inappropriate, so it can't be for other reasons. ”
“Save America!”, the president has finished his post.
In another true post, Trump explained the issue stemming from a federal judge who tried to overturn a decision by the US president.
“The illegal national injunctions by radical left judges can lead to the destruction of our country very well! These people are crazy people who don't care at all the slightest, not to worry about the impact of a very dangerous and false decision and ruling,” Trump said. I wrote about the true society Thursday.
“The danger is unparalleled! These judges want to envision the powers of the president without winning 80 million votes,” he continued.
Trump further characterized the judge's actions as wanting all the benefits of being president without taking risks.
He then called on Supreme Court Justice John Roberts to intervene.
“If Judge Roberts and the US Supreme Court do not immediately correct this toxic and unprecedented situation, our country is in very serious trouble,” concluded the missaib.
Boasberg issued a temporary restraining order on March 15, stopping Trump from invoking alien enemy laws and expelling criminal aliens, including members of Venezuelan gangster Tren de Aragua.
The Trump administration initially opposed these orders, with hundreds of immigrants deporting gang members to El Salvador the next day.
Boasberg attempted to order flights carrying the exiles in court Monday to order migrants to return home on board.
“These are foreign terrorists. The president has identified them and designated them as such. And we will follow the alien enemy law,” Attorney General Pam Bondy said in an interview with Fox News on Monday.
