President Donald Trump’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) reminded the public on Monday that a $5 million bounty is still available to anyone who helps the federal government capture one of the world’s most cruel MS-13 gangs.
Yulan Adonay Archaga Carías, also known as “Alexander Mendoza” and “Porky” 43, is said to be the Honduras Kingpin of the ultra-violent Central American gang. The Trump administration has made crackdowns on MS-13 one of its top priorities and designated the group as a foreign terrorist organization.
“This terrorist leader will no longer be able to live freely as the evil of MS-13 destroys communities across the US and the Western Hemisphere,” Attorney General Pamela Bondy said in a statement. “If we can provide you with information that will lead to his arrest, please move forward now.”

Top MS-13 Leaders Arrested in Virginia
Archaga Carías is already on the FBI’s 10 most wanted list of many suspected crimes, including drug trafficking, gun running, money laundering, murder and orders to kill rival gang members.
“As the leader of all MS-13s in Honduras, Arcaga Karas is said to have controlled MS-13 criminal activities in Honduras, providing firearms, drugs and cash support and resources to MS-13 companies in Central America and the US,” according to the FBI.

“Alcaga Karias is also said to be responsible for supporting the US through Honduras with a large amount of cocaine and participating in ordering murders of rival gang members and others related to MS-13,” the FBI says.
FBI Director Kash Patel has promised that Archaga Carías will be brought to court.
“Destroying and ultimately eliminating the MS-13 remains one of the FBI’s top priorities and will not halt until its mission is complete,” he said. “Alongside our dedicated law enforcement partners, the FBI finds Archaga Carías, a terrorist who is approaching the end of the terrorist rule at the helm of the MS-13.”

In the US, the gang recently made the news after one suspect, Illegal immigrant Kilmer Abrego Garciawas deported to El Salvador.
According to a 2022 Homeland Security Survey (HSI) report obtained by Fox News, he was suspected of being involved in labor/trafficking.
