Donald Trump is wasting no time building his team, and his recent appointments, especially those of Tulsi Gabbard and Matt Gaetz, are fueling the complete collapse of the left.
Gabbard was appointed director of national intelligence, and Gaetz was appointed attorney general by the president-elect.
“What’s so funny about Gabbard?” Stu Brugiere “She's come a long way, but she's come a long way in certain categories,” the star of Stu Does America said.
“She was very, very liberal, almost socialist. I mean, she supported Bernie Sanders for president. She's come a long way with things like that. She was, so to speak, completely unmoved by her views on foreign policy and the military-industrial complex,” he explains.
But Gabbard still needs to be confirmed by the Senate, which Bruguiere believes could be an uphill battle.
“It's probably a little bit risky for her to actually get confirmed. I don't think Democrats have that warm feeling towards her anymore, and I don't think there are any old-school types who don't like her approach to foreign affairs. There are a lot of Republicans, too,” Bruguiere said, noting that John Bolton called her a “bad guy.” It's a threat to national security. ”
As for Gaetz, Bruguière said it would be an “interesting ride” for him to actually take the job, as Democrats remain outraged by the appointment and accuse him of “sex trafficking.” I believe that I am deaf.
“Would he be a good pick? He's going to do what President Trump wants, and he's going to do it very aggressively. You kind of understand the thought process here, right? Ball against the wall. Throw in someone who's going to go into the Justice Department and basically fire everyone,'' says Bruguière.
“Gates is going to do it, but he's going to do it in a very flashy way, which is obviously the way Donald Trump likes to do it. So let's see how this goes,” he added.
