HARRISBURG, Pa. — An excited crowd spilled out of Harrisburg’s New Holland Arena after a fiery rally Wednesday in what was former President Trump’s first campaign event in Pennsylvania after narrowly escaping an assassin’s bullet in Butler County.
In it, former President Donald Trump denounced Vice President Kamala Harris as an “architect of the border invasion” and criticized her record of supporting far-left policies (“She wants to turn our country into a communist country”) and her tenure as California’s attorney general.
Outside, supporters carrying American flags and Trump slogans told Fox News Digital they were happy to witness the former president nearly assassinate.
“It was our first time going to a Trump rally and it was amazing,” Bill and Amy said. “Best of any concert we’ve ever been to! There was so much love.”

“He’s been my president since day one and it’s never stopped,” Marcia Felman said. “He’s the man for the job. He’s done it once and he can do it again.”
“I’ve been excited about it since 2016,” said another enthusiastic supporter.
