Trump Attorney: Judge ‘Predetermined’ My Client Committed Fraud

Donald Trump’s lawyer said the judge had already found her client guilty before he testified.


On Monday, President Trump took the stand in his civil fraud trial, his lawyer Alina Haba speaking to reporters outside the Manhattan courthouse.

She accused Judge Engoron of going “crazy” after yelling at her client to sit down while he defended her.

He also threatened to remove the former president from the podium.

The judge repeatedly cut off Trump’s testimony and said he could not give a long answer.

“I’m not here to listen to him,” Haba said. “Those were the words of a judge who really foresaw that my client had committed fraud before we even entered this courtroom, and there could be no more honest words. did.”

Haba also said he had already made up his mind when Attorney General Letitia James called Trump a liar and called his company a fraud before Trump testified.
