President Donald Trump said he doesn’t care about the idea of bringing Kilmer Abrego Garcia back to the United States to face the judicial system.
While talking to Time Magazine in a Extensive interviewsTrump was asked about Abrego Garcia, suspected of gang rape of MS-13, and suspected of illegal immigration with his wife Beater, who was deported to El Salvador in March, where he is under custody of the country. Democrats who have long opposed Trump’s hard-pressed immigration enforcement agenda have vehemently demanded he be returned to the US (Related: Trump administrator seduces Americans in fake marriages with illegal immigrants)
The Trump administration stood by his deportation, but the president showed he was not opposed to bringing back the Salvadors.
“That’s not my resolve,” Trump told time, according to a transcript released by the magazine on Friday.

“Frankly, bringing him back and buying him wouldn’t bother me, but I left it to my lawyer,” the president continued. “You can bring him back and try again.”
Democrats chose to repatriate Abrego Garcia to the cause of Serebre within their party. Maryland Democratic Sen. Chris Van Hollen visited El Salvador in early April and called for a meeting with alleged crimes. Four other House Democrats have followed suit on their own pilgrimage to the country, and JB Pritzker of the Illinois Democratic government announced that he is preparing state authorities to protest and boycott the Salvador government.
Abrego Garcia was deported to the Terrorism Confinement Centre, a megaprison built by President Naive Buquere to house his country’s gang population and other violent criminals. Democrats are generally heavily opposed to mass deportation, but critics focused on the fact that federal prosecutors admitted that Abrego Garcia’s repatriation was the result of a misdeed.
While sympathetic media and administration critics have repeatedly framed Abrego Garcia as the “Maryland Man” and wealthy father, the White House has published information challenging the characterization.
Local law enforcement in Prince George County, Maryland arrested Abrego Garcia in March 2019 and was observed to be hanging around other MS-13 members. According to Documents released by the Department of Justice. Following his uncertainty, “a trustworthy source of past proven track record” is said to have told Prince George’s police station that Abrego Garcia himself was a member of the gang, identifying the nickname and rank within the gang.

According to court documents, the 2019 immigration judge ruled that Abrego Garcia was a member of MS-13 and denied a request for release from the bond. The Immigration Committee supported the decision, claiming that Abrego Garcia had not fully disprove his gang affiliation.
In April, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) issued a 2021 domestic violence control order that Abrego Garcia’s wife, Jennifer Vasquez Sula, had previously sought. She once claimed in court that her husband became repeatedly aggressive, hurting her during her marriage, and that he once “harded me on my left eye and left bleeding.”
When Abrego Garcia was handed over to Tennessee’s Highway Patrol Officer in December 2022, he was suspected of human smuggling. DHS confirmed with the Daily Coller News Foundation that the vehicle was driven by Abrego Garcia, a vehicle belonging to another individual convicted of illegal immigrant smuggling in 2020.
“I believe they made him look like a saint, and we learned about him,” Trump said on time. “He was not a saint. He was an MS-13.”
“He’s his wife beater and he’s had a lot of very bad things. You know it’s very, very, very bad,” Trump continued.
Since then, the Supreme Court has ordered the Trump administration to promote Abrego Garcia’s return to the United States, but the order is complicated by the fact that Abrego Garcia, a Salvadoran citizen, is held under custody of El Salvador, a sovereign state not seen in the demands of foreign courts.
During his recent White House visit, Buquel said he had no plans to send Abrego Garcia to the US.
“Of course I’m not going to do that. I mean, the questions are ridiculous,” said the Central American leader.
