On Friday, November 28, 2025, President Donald Trump revealed plans to revoke “all executive orders and orders that he did not personally sign” from his predecessor, Joe Biden.
In a post on Truth Social, Trump indicated that 92% of the documents signed by Biden were created using an autopen. He mentioned that many presidents who utilize autopens could face termination from their positions.
“Every document signed by Sleepy Joe Biden with an autopen (which was approximately 92% of them) is hereby terminated and has no further force or effect. No autopen may be used unless specifically authorized by the President of the United States,” he stated. “The radical left lunatics surrounding Biden around his beautiful, resolute desk in the Oval Office stole the office of president from him. Since those who operated the autopen did so illegally, I am rescinding every executive order and everything else not personally signed by crooked Joe Biden.”
Trump further claimed that “radical leftist lunatics” had effectively taken the presidency from Biden and suggested that if Biden had been involved in the autopen process, he would be facing charges of perjury.
