President Donald Trump argued that former President Joe Biden, a lawmaker who served on the House Selection Committee to investigate the January 6 Capitol riots, and others alleged that they were signed through an autopen and that Biden didn't even know about them.
“Because of the fact that the “pardon” that sleepy Joe Biden gave to the selection committee of political thugs and many others was made by automatic pens, this has been declared blank, empty and ineffective,” Trump argued in the Social Post of Truth.
“In other words, Joe Biden didn't sign them, but more importantly, he knew nothing about them! The required relentless documents were not explained to Biden or approved.

The president continued his post. “Therefore, I will destroy and remove all the evidence I have obtained during my two years of witch hunt, and many other innocent people need to fully understand that they are subject to investigation at the highest level.
While riding in Air Force 1 on Sunday, Trump was asked whether the executive order and pardon signed by Biden via the autopen were invalid.
“I think so. That's not my decision. It depends on the court,” Trump replied.

Trump's comments came after the Heritage Foundation's surveillance project suggested that autopens were frequently used during Biden's White House tenure.
“We've collected all the documents we can find in the course of his presidency with Biden's signature. We all used the same autopen signature, except for the announcement that the former president had dropped out of the race last year. Here's the Autoopen signature.”

In a January 20th statement on the same day he took office, Biden announced he was forgiven “General Mark A. Millie, Dr. Anthony S. Fausi, Dr. Anthony S. Fausi, who served on the selection committee, and U.S. Congressmen and DC Metropolitan Police officers who testified before the selection committee.”
“These civil servants serve our country with honor and distinction and do not deserve targets of unfair and politically motivated prosecution,” he noted.
