Trump Displays Portraits of Presidents in Rose Garden, Depicting Biden as 'Autopen'

New “Presidential Fame” Unveiled at the White House

The White House recently showcased a new display called “Presidential Fame” along the West Wing Colonnade, featuring portraits of U.S. presidents. Interestingly, the representation of former President Joe Biden is done using an “autopen.” This shift in presentation caught some attention.

On Wednesday, a special assistant to President Margo Martin released a video highlighting the newly inaugurated “President Walk of Fame.” This installation displays the portraits of U.S. presidents in chronological order. Notably, the portrait of Trump, taken during his presidency, features an image of an automatic pen.

Trump took a moment to examine the portrait after it was set up. Earlier, in July, he had characterized the use of the autopen as one of the “biggest scandals” in decades, indicating that it was questionable how much Biden was aware of when he signed certain documents. According to Trump, this pen was situated on the “other side of the Resolute Desk.”

“They’re not good. They’re sick people, and I guarantee he didn’t know anything about what he was signing up for, I guarantee that,” Trump remarked during that time.

A report from the New York Times in July clarified that Biden did not personally approve each name in an amnesty category. Instead, he and his team established overarching criteria for determining which prisoners could qualify for sentence reductions. Although Biden set these guidelines, one former aide stated that the Bureau of Prisons continued to provide updates on specific inmates, leading to some modifications to the list. Ultimately, Biden’s staff opted to run the final version through the autopen, treating it as a routine procedure.

The “President’s Walk Fame” is set to be shown to members of Trump’s Cabinet and senior White House officials on Wednesday. Breitbart News has confirmed that Trump intends to host them for dinner at the Rose Garden Club at 7 PM.

This new exhibit is just one of several updates Trump has made to the White House. The Rose Garden Club features a recent renovation where construction teams replaced the lawn with a white stone patio, complete with a table and chairs topped by a yellow umbrella.

Additionally, Trump has erected two 100-foot flagpoles on the northern and southern grass areas and is constructing a ballroom in the East Wing capable of accommodating 900 guests. Funded by Trump and his donors, this project is projected to cost around $250 million.
