Trump documentary trailer highlights events leading up to Donald’s inauguration.

The first teaser trailer for the much-awaited documentary featuring Melania Trump was unveiled on Wednesday, putting her in the spotlight.

Directed by Brett Ratner, known for his work in the “Rush Hour” series, the documentary is part of a significant $40 million deal with Amazon, signed back in January. It chronicles the 20 days leading up to Donald Trump’s inauguration as the 47th president, spotlighting Melania, a former model from Slovenia.

Initially featured on “Fox & Friends,” the trailer offers a glimpse of Melania as she prepares to enter the Capitol Rotunda for the swearing-in ceremony. She’s seen wearing a sleek navy ensemble by Adam Lipps, casually remarking, “Here we go again,” as she faces the camera.

The teaser also takes viewers through various locations, including Mar-a-Lago in Florida, Trump Tower in Manhattan, and the transition team’s base in Washington, D.C. There’s a fascinating peek at how her stunning strapless inaugural ball gown was created, alongside the photoshoot that produced her striking official portrait.

In one scene, Melania overhears her husband rehearsing a speech where he states, “My proudest legacy is as a peacemaker.” Melania echoes this sentiment, referring to him as a “peacemaker and a unifier.”

Towards the end of the trailer, a phone conversation between Melania and Donald captures a candid moment. When Melania greets him with a “Hello, Mr. President, congratulations,” he asks if she saw the inauguration coverage. Melania responds, “I didn’t. I’ll see it on the news.”

“Melania” is set to be released in select theaters on January 30th.
