Trump flips script on reporter questioning authority to deport illegals

President Donald Trump on Friday opposed a reporter's question in the oval office by asking whether he had legal status to allow the United States to do so many immigrants during the previous administration.

The Trump administration continues its efforts towards massive deportation, including the recent immigration and customs and enforcement raids, with the immigration intersection plunging to its lowest chase level in decades.

“Do you think you have the authority, the authority to round up people and expel them? A reporter asked the president.

“That's what the law says, and that's what our country needs… Unfortunately, they've allowed millions of people to come to our country. They've been completely ignored and completely unchecked,” Trump said of the Biden administration.

“So you should ask, 'Did he have the authority to forgive millions of people?” Biden did something unthinkable, millions of people poured into our country and, as you say, had boundaries that were not completely ignored,” the president added.

“Many of them came from prisons, prisons, mental institutions, gang members, drug dealers, very dangerous people. Many were murderers. We have 11,088 people who know the killers. They killed that number. At least half of them killed multiple people.

“So when we asked if we had the authority, did Biden have the authority to allow millions of people to come to our country? Many of these people are bolstering criminals at the top of the line that caused tremendous damage,” the president added.

The administration is facing legal action using alien enemy laws against suspected members of Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua, whose Trump designated a foreign terrorist organization. The American Civil Liberties Union claims it is “an illegal and unprecedented call to the law,” according to its website.

The lawsuit has led to tense debates over federal judges' relationship with the administration after a US District Court judge in the District of Columbia temporarily blocked the use of the law, but the court battle continues Friday.

“In this case, what the ACLU is looking for is unprecedented: an unelected judge will take over to himself the power to microcontrol the defense of our country, a complete corruption of the principle of separation of power, a characteristic of the constitutional bedrock of the Republic.

During the Biden administration, there have been millions of immigrants meetings along the border. Since Trump took office, the Department of Homeland Security has swapped the CBP One app. The CBP Home App is aimed at self-denial.
