President Donald Trump's Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has sent notices to more than half a million migrants who have entered the United States under President Joe Biden's parole pipeline: self-abolition or deportation.
As reported by Breitbart News later last week, Trump has announced that it will revoke the legal status of 532,000 Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans and Venezuelans who have been welcomed to the United States through Biden's large parole pipeline known as the CHNV program.
In total, there were 110,970 Cubans, 213,150 Haitians, 96,270 Nicaraguans and 120,760 Venezuelans. Allowed 110,240 Cubans, 211,040 Haitians, 93,070 Nicaraguans and 117,330 Venezuelans arrived at the country's southern border and were released to the US on parole, while they flew to the US via commercial flights and received parole.
In a federal notice, Trump's DHS said parole immigrants will spend 30 days before self-reporting from the US. After that period, they face deportation by immigration and customs enforcement (ICE) agents.
“DHS has decided to provide adequate notice to affected parties with a 30-day wind blowing period, while maintaining DHS' ability to expeditiously enforce the law against CHNV parolees who lack legal basis to remain in the United States,” notified I'll read. “Therefore, DHS has chosen not to increase the wind-blowed period to more than 30 days.”
Last November, a bomb report from the House Judiciary Committee revealed that the Biden administration “had the risky public safety that enabled fraud, undermined national security and at risk.
In some cases, immigrants have been hospitalized in the United States through the CHNV program, despite not residing in Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, or Venezuela. This is four countries designed to support the program, the report found.
The report also found that “sex traffickers could use CHNV to exploit women and girls,” and that “fraud analysis of the CHNV application revealed that several applications sent from the same IP address were submitted on behalf of the majority of female CHNV aliens.”
“In such cases, 21 supporter applications were submitted from the same IP address on behalf of only 18 women and three men,” the report states. “At least six women were under 18.”
Overall, the parole pipeline welcomed foreign populations in the United States with more foreign population than the resident population in Sacramento, California.
