WASHINGTON – President Trump shook hands with Ukrainian President Voldymi Zelensky on Friday morning.
The deal is described as a way for the US to grant Ukraine's interest in rare earth elements and by Trump to regain war aid of hundreds of millions.
Trump, 78, held his left on the shoulder of the Ukrainian leader, while holding his right hand firmly in place.
“He's all dressed today,” Trump said of Zelensky, addressing members of the White House Press outside the West Wing.
