The Trump administration faced criticism for defending the stances of various groups, including criminals, cartel members, and illegal immigrants, while connecting to the opinions of former deputy White House lawyer and current president, Gene Hamilton.
Host Mike Slater inquired about Vice President JD Vance’s remarks regarding the left’s approach to cartel members.
“Over the weekend, JD Vance expressed that eliminating cartel members who are harming our citizens is the most effective use of our military. He also remarked, ‘I don’t use the word you are using.’ You call it that. What’s your take on that mindset?”

“I believe the Vice President’s statement reflects what I have observed personally. This administration appears to prioritize the safety of Americans and aims to protect the nation, particularly against drug-related threats,” he stated.
“When considering this issue, it could very well be Brian Classenstein, or perhaps that’s not quite right,” he added.
“The level of hypocrisy is astounding,” he continued. “What’s particularly intriguing is that the Vice President and the President have led the radical left to defend a position that seems to favor criminals and cartels over American citizens.”
“You’ll likely see this play out repeatedly, and I think Americans understand the long-term implications,” he remarked.
