Conway, who announced his divorce from Kellyanne Conway last year, has become a frequent critic of President Trump.
Kellyanne Conway remained loyal to Trump throughout his tenure, but continued to fund the Lincoln Project along with several other Republicans who opposed Trump and sought to prevent him from securing a second term.
Since then, the two have continued to fight and criticize each other on air and online. Conway, a conservative lawyer, has frequently commented on President Trump’s web of legal battles.
In an interview last Thursday, Conway dismissed Trump’s claims that he was not asleep in court after reporters noticed that Trump appeared to fall asleep during his hush money hearing in New York. .
Conway criticized Trump’s reputation for not arriving at Trump Tower or the White House before 11 a.m. because he is “not an early riser.” The court has asked the former president to meet early in the morning.

Currently sitting in court under a gag order and having to restrain his speech, Conway said he doesn’t believe Trump has “the ability to completely control himself.”
