A crucial special election is scheduled in Florida’s 6th Congressional District on April 1st.

The candidates are Democrat Joshua Weill and Republican Randy Fine.

Mike Waltz, who was Donald Trump’s national security adviser, previously occupied this seat.

Donald Trump held a tele-rally with Randy Fine on Thursday.

Breitbart reported:

President Donald Trump encouraged Florida’s 6th Congressional District voters to support Republican Randy Fine in the crucial special House election alongside the candidate on Thursday.

Trump called for backing Fine on Tuesday or on Election Day.

“We’re just a few days away from the significant special elections occurring in your state on Tuesday, April 1st. I’m urging you to vote for someone I know well, Randy Fine,” Trump stated.

“Early voting is in progress and will continue until this Saturday, so make sure to vote tomorrow or on Saturday or on Election Day. The key is that you must vote,” he emphasized.

Currently, Republicans have a 6.5-point lead in early voting.

As noted by Florida audio news, “Florida Republicans are aiming for a turnout of R+10 or higher, ideally R+12, to prevent a disaster. This means they will have to gain 4-6 percentage points by Tuesday night.”

FlvoiceNews reported:

As early voting progresses this week, the GOP’s leads have slowly risen.

Over 36,000 Republicans and 31,100 Democrats have cast their ballots, along with more than 12,000 voters from “other party affiliations.” If he can appeal to voters outside his party and Weil does better among his party’s supporters than Fine does among GOP voters, Weil could position himself for a potential upset.

To feel secure, Florida Republicans desire a turnout of R+10 or more, ideally R+12, to sidestep catastrophe. This indicates they will need to achieve 4-6 percentage points by the end of Tuesday night.

This election is crucial.
