Former President Donald Trump “indulged in such unreasonable and unbridled brutality against the people,” MSNBC national analyst John Heilemann said Friday on Deadline.
Discussing Georgia election commissioners Ruby Freeman and Shay Moss, Nicole Wallace said: We have this amazing projection. They accused themselves of cheating when they were cheating. It would be criminal. ”
Hailemann said, “Yes, Nicole. Another thing that’s remarkable to me is the Echo that we’re seeing now. It’s a campaign and it’s tearing people apart with no self-control and absolutely no sense of impunity.”
He added, “We’re seeing the same thing happen again to other people who are just doing their civic duty: the grand jurors in the Fanny Willis case. And again in Georgia. You see it, the president’s supporters are doing the same thing again, they’re keeping these people a secret.”
Heilemann added, “There have been bad presidents. There have been perverse presidents. There have been presidents who have committed grave moral wrongs.” There has never been a president, not once, not twice, but always, who has indulged in such unreasonable and boundless atrocities and unleashed this kind of hell on his people. It is perhaps one of the darkest marks, but Certainly one of the darkest marks on him, perhaps the darkest.”
