President-elect Donald Trump has asked Florida Governor Ron DeSantis to appoint his daughter-in-law Lara Trump to retiring Republican Sen. Marco Rubio's Sunshine State seat. The paper reported.
A source close to the discussions at Mar-a-Lago told the Post that “President Trump really wants Lara to do it,” adding that the former president's daughter-in-law could be chosen. He said that he has a high level of sexuality.

Lara Trump, 42, resigned this week as co-chair of the Republican National Committee and declared that she would “100%” consider Rubio to replace her if confirmed as Trump's secretary of state.
