Legal Tensions Rise Over Trump’s Tariffs
The situation around President Donald Trump’s proposed tariffs has escalated, with Trump now directing his focus toward the Federalist Association as he seeks input on judicial appointments related to his case.
In a recent True Society post, he mentioned, “It was suggested that I use the Federal Association as a source of recommendation for judges.” He expressed that he did so without any reservation but seemed critical of Leonard Leo, whom he accused of having his own agenda.
Leo is reportedly not affiliated with the Federal Association or the CRC advisor. According to Liz Wheeler, a host at BlazeTV, Leo might be steering Mike Pence’s efforts to undermine Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s campaign.
Wheeler pointed out that Kennedy is advocating for accountability among vaccine manufacturers and intends to reform the food industry as part of his work at the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). This doesn’t sit well with Pence, whose group is allegedly receiving backing from pharmaceutical companies, Wheeler suggests.
She mentioned that one of Pence’s initiatives involved six numbers, but his group’s efforts toward advancing American freedom are reportedly at odds with the support being shown to Kennedy by Republican senators.
Pence’s group, according to Wheeler, was collaborating with the CRC advisory group to boost Pence’s advertising efforts while attempting to persuade Republican senators to back away from supporting Kennedy.
“If you examine the backgrounds of our clients at CRC Advisors, it’s apparent that one of them is Eli Lilly, a significant player in the pharmaceutical sector,” Wheeler added. “It just highlights the troubling connections within the broader political landscape.”
In her view, Pence’s opposition toward Kennedy isn’t really rooted in issues like abortion, as he claims, but rather seems tied to financial influences from the pharmaceutical industry.
