CNN contributor Karen Finney said on “This Morning” that President-elect Donald Trump accused former Rep. Liz Cheney (R-Wyo.) of tampering with her communications with a witness. He said he was an “old man” who was threatening little women. With Cassidy Hutchinson.

Finney: On this issue, I personally think Joe Biden would like to see a broad amnesty program. And I say this because it's very important, a non-violent offender, if he's going to do it, I want him to do the other part as well. But I think it's important that there's more he can do for people while he's on death row. There are people who fell for some of the policies he passed. At the same time, I think we need to reframe the way we talk about this protective amnesty.
The only reason we're having this conversation is because Donald Trump is a threat. He blackmails small young women like Cassidy Hutchinson. A girl in her 20s who went up to the Capitol, did her civic duty, and spoke the truth. How pathetic.
Casey Hunt: Stop calling her small –
Finny: No, she's not small, but I'm saying she's young – she's in her young 20s. And this old man is using his presidential powers to go after her for her civic duty. So I think we need to remember that these people are in danger because he is a threat to their safety and security.
