Sen. John Fetterman (D-Pennsylvania) said Sunday on CNN's “State of the Union” that President-elect Donald Trump is taunting Democrats over Cabinet choices.
Host Jake Tapper said, “You said Democrats shouldn't be 'jerking at everything President Trump does,' but why should they be at all freaking out about these Cabinet picks?” ” he said.
Fetterman said, “Of course there are people you'd want to vote for, like your colleague from Florida or your congressman from New York. Then you have others who are just trolls, like Gates and those things. That's why the Democratic Party You know, like Trump, the things he wanted come true, you know, the weirdos and all that.”
He continued, “It's not even Thanksgiving yet. And if every tweet, every promise, and everything else is causing a meltdown, it's going to be four years.”
Fetterman added, “I also argued that Trump is the strongest and that he's in three cycles here. And now we're 45 minutes away from where we're sitting right now.” There was a really unique assassination attempt that happened in Butler.
