President Donald Trump laughed at the connections of the news outlet Huff Post, and in exchange for a reporter over a statement made by Vice President JD Vance about judicial interference, he considered it “dead.”
“JD Vance suggested that if the Supreme Court decides in a way you don't like, they can enforce it themselves,” a reporter said at an Air Force press conference. “Do you agree with that?”
The reporter's comments came after Vance stated that “judices are not allowed to control the legitimate power of executives.”

“If a judge tries to tell the general how to carry out a military operation, that's illegal,” Vance said. I wrote it on x Sunday after a federal judge determined that the Government Efficiency (DOGE) was inaccessible to the Treasury Department. “If a judge attempts to order the Attorney General about how he uses his discretion as a prosecutor, that is also illegal. The judge is not permitted to control the legitimate power of the executive. ”
But when he faced reporters about Vance's comments, Trump said I didn't know about the controversy.
“I don't even know what you're talking about,” Trump replied. “You don't either. Who are you with?”

HuffPost did not respond immediately to requests for comment.
When asked directly about the Treasury Department and the court's decision to block access to the data system, Trump criticized the judge in question, a US district judge for the Southern District of New York, Paul Engelmeyer.
“No, I don't agree with it 100%. I think it's crazy,” Trump told Fox News host Brett Baier in an interview. “And we have to solve the issue of efficiency, we have to solve the fraud, the waste, the abuse, everything that we have done to the government.
