Trump Pardons Hunter Biden’s Former Business Partner Devon Archer

President Donald Trump on Tuesday forgives former Hunter Biden business associate Devon Archer and provides bomb testimony to House investigators about how Hunter included then-President Joe Biden in many calls with business associates.

White House secretary Will Scharf outlined the pardon before Trump signed it.

“He was charged in connection with investigating fraud, but the tone and tenor of the prosecution have changed dramatically, especially after he began working with Congressional investigators and serving as a witness to Hunter Biden and the Biden family,” Scharff said.

“I believe it is injustice,” he added.

Trump said Archer was a “victim” and noted that many people are calling on him to forgive his former Biden associate.

“A lot of people asked me to do this. They think he was treated very unfairly, and I looked at the records, studied the records, and he was,” Trump said. “As far as I'm concerned, he was a victim of the crime, so we're going to put it back,” he said.

“Congratulations, Devon,” Trump said after signing the pardon and displaying it around the room.

Archer appeared on Fox News Jesse Watters Primetime On Monday we discussed the possibility of potential pardons. He and Trump were encountered at the NCAA Wrestling Championships in Philadelphia on Saturday.

Well, I'm not going to reveal the exact words he said. I don't want to put words in his mouth, but I have to say that it was like Rome of gladiators because we were in the NCAA Finals,” Archer replied. “The energy was incredible, and I had previously told my lawyer that the president was discussing this and he had admitted that he was going to do it, but as I sat across the arena with the audience, I saw the Secret Service lab. Words of encouragement.

Archer also claimed he was a “victim of financial fraud.”

“I didn't think about it. First of all, I didn't think this was necessary because I didn't do anything. I was a victim of financial fraud that was defeated by a whistleblower who invested a lot of money and was blown away by a whistleblower blowing a whitch on a hunter,” he told Watters.

Archer testified before Congress on more than 20 occasions before the July 2023 Congress, and Hunter testified that Joe Biden included his father on Business Associates and speakerphones to sell the “brand” when he was in charge of the vice president's capabilities.
