President Donald Trump shared a poll Monday showing Rep. Byron Donald (R-FL) far surpasses his potential competitors in the 2026 Florida Republican gubernatorial primary.
The results of the poll showed Donald with a massive 27-point lead over his closest competitor, Janet Nunez.
Trump's True Society post Share screenshot tweets from Florida voting company Victory Insights, and even prominent Republican powerbrokers and members of the Trump Cabinet, Donald's, including Treasury Secretary Scott Bescent and Interior Secretary Doug Burgham. It also includes a list of dozens of “notable dedicated supporters” of the runners.
Although Donald has not announced his candidacy, he has been rumoured to see Tallahassee's top job for a long time. Perhaps more important than the poll results, Trump's posts are a strong signal that Donald has Trump's support, and are the strongest supporters in Republican politics.
