Trump Reforms Force Closure of More NGOs Resettling Refugees in U.S.

Another non-governmental organization that has contracted with the federal government to resettle refugees across the U.S. community must close its doors after President Donald Trump freezes the government's refugee resettlement program.

Soon after taking office, Trump signed an executive order to suspend the resettlement program for refugees indefinitely. This has put the hundreds of millions of taxpayer dollars flowing to NGOs contracting to resettle refugees will be suspended.
