President Trump said that Supreme Court Justice John Roberts' statement on Tuesday did not mention him by name, doubleping his call to fire each federal judge who controlled his administration in a well-known deportation case.
In an interview with Fox News on Tuesday, Trump was asked what his response was for Roberts to issue a statement after Trump called for US District Judge James Boasberg to fire each.
“He didn't mention my name in the statement. I saw it right away. He didn't mention my name. But a lot of people called out his bullet each. This judge's bullet each. I don't know who the judge is. Early clips Share x on social platforms.
Boasberg, former President Obama's appointee, stopped Trump from invoking the alien enemy law of 1798 and quickly expelled Venezuelan immigrants.
On Tuesday, Trump said the decision to remove people from the US should be left to the president.
“He said that we shouldn't actually bring criminals, murderers, murderers, horrible, worst people, gang members, gang leaders. “Well, that's the president's job. It's not like a local judge is making that decision.”
Roberts didn't name the president in his pushback, but he said seeking each ammo was not an appropriate response to judicial disagreements.
“For over two centuries, it has been established that each is not an appropriate response to differences in opinion over a judicial decision. To that end, there is a normal appeal review process,” the Supreme Court said.
Trump said he should take office before he was called “radical leftist” and “troublemakers and agitators” on true social.
“This judge should be bounced each like many bent judges I'm forced to appear before!!! We don't want vicious, violent, perceived criminals, many of them confused killers in our country. The President wrote.
