Trump says RFK Jr. will be in his admin if he wins election

Former President Donald Trump announced Friday that Robert F. Kennedy Jr. will take a job in his administration if a Republican candidate takes back the White House.

The 78-year-old Trump, who has already been named as a top candidate if he wins the election, was asked in a sit-down interview on “Fox & Friends” and acknowledged the possibility of an alliance with the heir to the Democratic dynasty.

“He's going to be a part of it,” the 45th president said when pressed about Kennedy.

“He was a big influence because he cares so much about women’s health and wellness and he cares so much about the environment that a lot of people like.”

Trump added: “People really like him.”

President Trump's confirmation of the impending offer comes after Kennedy, 70, tweeted a video earlier this week suggesting he might be called to help the USDA.

“If @realDonaldTrump puts me in USDA, I will give farmers a way out of the current system that is destroying our soil, making people sick, and damaging family farms,” Kennedy tweeted. He announced a list of other priorities. He will guide you.

“If Donald Trump put me inside the building I'm standing outside of right now, this wouldn't be the case anymore,” he continued. “America's agriculture will be revived and America's health will be revived.”

The former independent presidential candidate canceled his campaign to publicly endorse Trump in August.

Since then, the scion of the Kennedy political dynasty has repeatedly hinted that he would be given the coveted job on the Trump campaign if the former commander-in-chief defeats Vice President Kamala Harris in November.

Kennedy's side has been plagued by scandal-filled headlines recently after it was revealed that New York magazine reporter Olivia Nuzzi had confessed to having a “personal relationship” with Kennedy.

Sources later said the relationship, which led to Nuzzi being placed on leave from the station, was a sordid sext huddle that began after she interviewed him for a profile last year.

Due to various controversies surrounding the New York senator and son of the late attorney general, it is highly unlikely that RFK Jr. will be nominated as Cabinet secretary, which would require Senate confirmation.

But Trump could create a Kennedy heir in his administration, similar to how President Biden appointed former Secretary of State John Kerry to be his special presidential envoy for climate change.
