On Wednesday, President Donald Trump expressed that Representatives Ilhan Omar (D-MN) and Rashida Tlaib (D-MI) should be “sent back from where they came from,” following their behavior during the State of the Union address.
Trump criticized both congresswomen in a passionate post on Truth Social.
Watching low IQ Ilhan Omar and Rashida Tlaib, screaming uncontrollably last night at such an important and beautiful event, such an elegant State of the Union address, they looked like crazy people, LUNATICS, mentally deranged, sick people with protruding, bloodshot eyes, who frankly should be institutionalized. When people can behave like that and we know they are crooked and corrupt politicians who are very bad for our country, we should send them back from where they came from as soon as possible.
Omar reacted by shouting when Trump pointed out that the government’s role is to protect Americans, not illegal immigrants. No Democrats stood, while Republicans applauded loudly.
Trump addressed the Democrats, saying, “Instead of standing up, you should be ashamed of yourself.” During this, Omar yelled back, accusing him, “You killed Americans.”
Trump has notably pushed for the elimination of sanctuary cities. At one point during the evening, Republicans chanted “USA!” while Tlaib seemed to respond with “KKK.”
In another post, Trump again targeted Tlaib and left-leaning actor Robert De Niro.
They can only harm the United States and do nothing to help it. They should really join forces with Trump’s deranged Robert De Niro. He, too, is a person who appears unwell, suffering from dementia, has a very low IQ, and doesn’t seem to know what he’s doing at all, some of which borders on criminal! When I saw him cry like a child last night, it occurred to me that he might be even sicker than Crazy Rosie O’Donnell. Now he’s in Ireland trying to navigate his way back to our beautiful United States. The only difference between De Niro and Rosie is that she’s probably somewhat smarter, but that doesn’t say much.
Following Trump’s remarks, Tlaib described them as “conflicting,” while Omar decided to repost them.
