Trump to Address Nation on Iran Conflict

President Donald Trump is set to give a prime-time address about the ongoing conflict with Iran on Wednesday night at 9 p.m. ET.

On Tuesday, White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt announced this via X.

She stated, “TUNE IN: Tomorrow night at 9PM ET, President Trump will give an Address to the Nation to provide an important update on Iran.”

This announcement comes after Trump indicated that the United States has largely met its primary military goals in Iran. He mentioned recently that the situation could wrap up in two to three weeks.

This marks Trump’s eighth Oval Office address overall and his fifth since taking office again in January 2025.

In previous speeches, he has tackled various topics, including the government shutdown, funding for the U.S.-Mexico border wall, travel restrictions due to COVID-19, and addressing the events of January 6.

During his second term, Trump has spoken following the assassination of conservative activist Charlie Kirk, delivered a “Global Security Briefing” after meeting Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, and discussed his legislative priorities for 2026.

Most recently, at the end of January, he announced a “fundamental shift” in U.S. Middle East policy, which preceded military actions in Iran that began in February.
