Trump to hold rally in Michigan next week to celebrate first 100 days


President Trump is scheduled to visit Michigan to hold a rally and celebrate his first 100-day inauguration.

“President Trump is excited to return to Michigan’s Great State next Tuesday, where he will meet in Macomb County to celebrate his first 100 days!” White House Press Secretary Caroline Leavitt shared X’s post.

Rep. John James (r-mich.), who represents McComb County, welcomed Trump. Online posts.

“Macomb County is honoured to bring President @Realdonald Trump back to Michigan to celebrate the first 100 days of America’s new golden age,” James said. “Together, we’ll make Michigan great again.”

The Trump rally will be held on Tuesday. It’ll be his 100th Days in the oval office after opening on January 20thth.

It is his first visit to the battlefield as he won the 2024 presidential election. His last visit to the state was a rally in Grand Rapids the night before votes began on Election Day.

His rally comes after Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer (D) visited the White House twice with the president. Whitmer discussed work and Trump’s tariffs. She was swept away by a social media frenzy after hiding her face from a reporter during a surprise photo shoot opportunity in an oval office.

The first 100 days of presidential inauguration are traditional markers where the president will move over the next four years of his administration. Actions taken within the first 100 days of the new administration are considered as evaluations of the president’s performance.
