Your support helps us tell the story
My recent work focusing on Latino voters in Arizona showed me how important independent journalism is in giving a voice to underrepresented communities.
Your support allows us to tell these stories and bring attention to issues that are often overlooked — without your support, these voices may go unheard.
Every dollar you donate helps us continue to shine a light on these important issues before and after the election

'They don't know him as well as I do': Trump's disability advocate nephew describes his 'brutal' nature
Fred Trump's life was full of unexpected events.
Fred, the son of Donald J.'s handsome late brother, was unable to inherit the family heirloom due to a fine print in his grandfather's will, and after a normal pregnancy and birth, he and his wife learned that their third child had a severe and rare disorder that required around-the-clock care.
Fred later watched his uncle become president — and, while in the White House, that same uncle suggested that Americans with disabilities, like Fred's son — his nephew William — should “just be allowed to die,” the 61-year-old author claims.

President Trump's disability advocate nephew describes his 'cruel' nature
Growing up, Fred Trump witnessed his uncle Donald's bombastic behavior and the “brutal” antics of the Trump family. Fred, who has worked in disability advocacy since his son was born 25 years ago, is now sharing his family secrets in a new book. He tells Sheila Flynn:

Vance argues that John McCain would not have supported Harris if he had seen the US-Mexico border.
During a campaign stop in Phoenix this week, Republican vice presidential nominee J.D. Vance said the late Sen. John McCain (R-Arizona) would not have supported Kamala Harris if he had seen the current state of the U.S.-Mexico border.
“One of the things I like about Donald Trump — I didn't know John McCain, but one of the things I would have liked about John McCain — is that he never let his personal grievances get in the way of serving his country,” Vance said. He said Thursday.
“John McCain certainly didn't see eye to eye with Donald Trump on a lot of issues. And certainly Donald Trump didn't see eye to eye with John McCain on a lot of issues. I don't believe for a second that if John McCain were alive today and he could see what's going on at our southern border, he would support Kamala Harris and the destruction that she's caused.”

'She needs to keep Trump Trump': Inside Kamala Harris' unconventional debate prep
Just three months ago, Joe Biden's disastrous debate performance put Kamala Harris at odds with President Donald Trump.
Harris, the leading Democratic candidate, is just days away from facing off publicly against Trump for the first time on the ABC debate stage in Philadelphia. She's been busy preparing intensively in Pittsburgh, building close ties with aides and confidants as she prepares for her best chance — and perhaps her only chance — to convince Americans that she, not the former president, should spend the next four years in the White House.
According to Notus, The vice president will participate in sessions led by Paul and Weiss law firm partner Karen Dunn, the Washington super lawyer who designed Harris' 2020 debate preparations when she was then Senator. Harris will also reportedly receive guidance from veteran policy adviser Rohini Kosoglu, longtime DNC architect Mignon Moore, domestic policy aide Brian Nelson, campaign chief Sheila Nix, veteran adviser Sean Clegg and campaign co-chair Cedric Richmond, a former Louisiana congressman.
