One of President Donald Trump's golf courses in Scotland was destroyed by a group of “pro-Palestinian” protesters who tainted their property with graffiti and excavated the greens.
The Palestinian Action Group on Saturday claimed responsibility for multiple vandalism at Trump Turnberry Golf Resort in South Ayrshire, Scotland.
One of the buildings was splashed with red paint, greenery was dug, and messages such as “Fuck Trump” and “Free Palestine” were graffitied on the grounds of the world-famous course.
The group also carved the message “Gaza is not a four-selling” on golf course lawns in connection with a planning plan for the US to take ownership of the Gaza Strip and turn it into a “Middle Eastern Riviera” and end decades between the Palestinians and Israel.
Spokesman for a radical activist group I said: “Palestinian actions reject Donald Trump's treatment of Gaza as if it were his property to dispose of him as he pleases.
“To make that clear, we have shown him that his own property is not safe from an act of resistance. We will continue to take action against American and Israeli colonialism in our Palestinian homeland.”
The statement posted on the group's website added: “Palestinian actions were attacked overnight to destroy the “Trump Turnberry” golf course in response to the threat of destroying, ethnically cleansing the Palestinian regime and “taking over.”
“Clearing the popular opposition to Trump’s intentions, activists have smeared the clubhouse and dug up the greens, including the most famous holes on the course.
