Whoopi Goldberg told her co-hosts on ABC’s “The View” on Monday that former President Donald Trump was “over the moon to destroy” a woman’s right to choose.
In a discussion of President Trump’s comments about black people during a campaign speech, Goldberg said: I’ve seen what’s been going on in this country over the last few years and what people are trying to take away. So this is no surprise to me, and never has been. Everyone who lived here knew what kind of person he was when he was elected. ”
She continued: “We were trying to tell everyone. And every time someone said, ‘Hey, this isn’t really a good idea.’ People were furious. You get it now. it’s up to you. This is in your hands. So either that’s who you want as president, or you don’t. It’s that simple. If you want to live with this cat, please know this. Today it’s us. Tomorrow is you.no matter who you are
Goldberg added, “He feels that way about us, and other Americans who live in this country with him. He feels that way about women, too. He thinks that way about women’s choices. He was overjoyed to destroy what he had done to his rights. If this is what you’re looking for, that’s your dog. If not, be sure to go outside. Register to vote, and let’s go get people to vote.”
